You can do this at the reception in our Cash & Carry in Venlo. When making a complaint, take the following into account:

Complaint within 5 working days after purchase.

No complaints can be made on discounted items.

Glass must be checked immediately at the till, later complaints will not be processed.

You can request a copy invoice by sending an email to [email protected], stating your customer number, the date of purchase and the item. You can also request a copy invoice at the reception at the location.

You can view a large part of the range online at www.colmorecollections.com (registerd colmore Clients only), where you will also find the current (online) price and stock information. Is the product you are looking for not online? Please contact our Sales department.

Colmore gives access to the pass holder with a maximum of one guest. The minimum age for access to our Cash & Carry is 18 years old. Children under 18 and pets are not allowed. For more information, please refer to our house rules.

How can I register as a customer?
You can apply for a loyalty card via;

For an application we require the following data;

  • Copy of your KVK (Chamber of Commerce)
  • Valid VAT number (on an official document)
  • Valid identification

A registration can only be done by the owner of the company, we do not accept proxies.
Please note that every application is carefully screened and only professionals with a business and industry-related purchasing goal can apply for a loyalty card.
Your business is industry-related if you belong to the following target groups;

  • Furniture shops and/or shops mainly selling home accessories
  • Shops selling flowers and plants
  • Hotel industry & gastronomy
  • Professionals in home and interior design

Because we screen applications carefully, we advise you to apply early. This is to avoid disappointment and long waiting times at the location.

You will find our Cash & Carry at Floralaan 25, 5928 RD in Venlo. You can also visit our booth in the Trends & Trade purchasing centers in Venlo and TiCa in Aalsmaar. All locations are easily accessible and there is ample parking space.

Do you want to change your (invoice) address? Please notify us of the change of address by email to [email protected], in the branch at the reception or by letter to:

COLMORE NEWSLETTER

Colmore sends out a digital newsletter with up-to-date information and announcements of promotions every week. You can register for the newsletter by indicating this on the registration form. If you want to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can do this via the link at the bottom of the newsletter.

PAYMENT METHODS

With iDEAL you can pay safely and easily online. You pay via the mobile banking app or the internet banking environment of your own bank. iDEAL is a direct online transfer from your bank account to the bank account of our Payment provider

If you make a payment online with your credit card, you will have to fill in various details. In any case, you will always be asked for your name as it appears on the credit card, the credit card number, the expiry date and the three-digit verification code, also known as Card Verification Code (CVC). Your payment will be paid to our paymant provider.

Want to pay quickly and securely online? PayPal makes it possible: no hassle with repeatedly entering credit card numbers or address details. Paying with PayPal, the only thing you have to remember is your e-mail address and password.

Giropay is a payment method for bank transfers in Germany. The bank transfer is the most popular way to pay online in Germany. It is used in 51% of all online purchases. Giropay, which is linked to 1,500 German banks.

A European Credit Transfer is also referred to as a SEPA payment, or a SEPA Credit Transfer. Businesses and consumers can make a euro payment, whereby there is no difference between a domestic payment and a cross-border payment. The condition, of course, is that both countries are in the SEPA area.

If you make a payment on our webshop using this payment method, please make sure that you follow all the steps GOOD. You will receive an email with all the instructions you need to follow.
Pay attention that you fill in the offered information EXACTLY. If you enter a wrong reference number, the payment cannot be processed. You will then receive your money back from our payment provider within a few days.

You can only buy from Colmore if you have a Colmore loyalty card. You can request a customer card at the reception of our Cash & Carry in Venlo.



For this we need a copy of your Chamber of Commerce registration showing that your company belongs to one of the following target groups.



You must be able to present a valid ID and / or identification document to the reception at every visit.
